1.2. But how do you measure the value of security?
       What price should an organization put on its security measures?
       How does your current security arrangements shape up to the deadly        attacks of organized crime, industrial espionage, employee theft and violent        criminals?


1.3. Take time out to answer the following questions as honestly as you can:

1.3.1 Is the outer perimeter of your premises secured by an            effective barrier such as a solid, high wall or electric fence.            (Is the electric charge on the fence working)?

1.3.2. Do you have electronic access control at all entrances.

1.3.3. Are your main entrances effectively manned and are the           correct entry/exit procedures followed?

1.3.4. Do you have properly focused security cameras in key           positions and are the recording Facilities in operation?

1.3.5. Do all doors have high profile security locks and do you           know in whose hands your duplicate keys are in?

1.3.6. Are your windows fortified by steel burglar guards built into           the walls or can they easily be cut with a set of industrial           bolt cutters?

1.3.7. Are your alarm sensors in working order and monitored by           an  independent 24-hour control room?
          Are the sensors triggered by motion, heat or pressure?            Why not by all three?

1.3.8. Is your security company registered with the Security           Industries Regulatory Authority?
          Are their employees properly screened and subjected to           random polygraphs?
